I just read that Duane Nelson has decided to seize the 20% share MWX had in the recycling facility. I guess you are going to have to ask yourself the same question CG. If this turns out to be true I will only be keeping my ETI shares only to vote to fire DN. Nobody in their right mind would invest anymore into ETI if this is so. It also exposes the company to a countersuit and actual damages. Beyond foolish games.

Ask yourself if in three years Duane Nelson will be suing GPY and EU when that Group 11 partnership dissolves while DN plays power politics. 

ETI has far more to lose, and sweet FUKALL to gain in all this.
