David is different and he will do it himself, he will sit down with radio hosts or youtubers or with analysts and he will explain his corporate vision for 60 minutes to the audiencre and will seek the hosts help. He has a direct hands on approach.
Also David believes in real acquisitions with real dollars with real 3rd parties, like the pharmacy acquisition. He does not throw away shares like Doug did.
He also is tough on negotiations and with vision of the future of MEDV. For example I hear that Nuturell product was dumped as it was not accretive to MEDV.
David has skin in the game, he has some 15 million shares of MEDV I believe where-as Doug had little to none and, David first priority is not illusionary growth but rather REAL CASH FLOW positive operations so that there is no more dilution.
David's vision is clear, it is beyond covid19, it is to use cubes as a mobile telediagnostic and medical center, giving quick access to patients, especially in areas where remote care is unavailable.
David's vision is not a one time client but a recurring high growth margin client, brining in $ 300 to $500 per year.
We have a 200,000 patient list which if converted at $ 300 per patient gives you RECURRING ANNUAL revenue of $ 60 million per year.
The client will keep growing and is a big asset for us.
Be patient, David will beat the Goliath (shorts) just as was done in scripture.
