You'll note that Miller Springs was extracting more water then their licence allowed. They got away with this because the bottled water facility wellhead was not metered. Naturo tried to have the water licence increased in 2015 but this was not allowed and now the wellhead is being metered. Naturo had to keep Dan and Sonia Miller (original owners) needed to become partners in Naturo because they were not allowed to transfer the bottling facility licence to Naturo.
Naturo has bumbled along for over ten years on this project under the premise that if they build it then the licences would be changed.
This is not the case and Naturo/Bevcanna have continued to decisive shareholders of the reality.
