Invidious, you crack me up. One minute you pretend to not know what negative working capital is next you offer investment opinion. 

If i am right on my analysis of Aquila's value, this stock should be at least 15x it's current stock price. To me that is worth waiting for. So if it's this year, great if not that is ok too. 

And as another idea,  if we don't build a mine, then let's sell to the Toll Brothers and build some monster homes and golf courses.
