RE:RE:RE:RE:How will market react?I don't think that it makes any difference. Mr. Corman has put the company firmly on a path to a merger/takeover with Rio, and what they're doing now is figuring out the price. The objective is that WRN's shareholders make their money up front.
Mr. Corman has made a lot of money for a lot of people. WTC went from a few tens of millions of dollars to over a billion dollars and mad his sharehoders very happy. They were rewarded again as WRN already has a market cap of $350. The path he has put it on will see it go still higher, the only question being how much higher?
This doesn't include what happens with the other spinoffs from WTC which are exploring some interesting copper properties as well.
