German industry exec warns of shortage of plant ingredients

In an interview in a newspaper, the CEO of German meat company Rgenwalder Mhle (which also is leading in Germany in the market of plant-based meat alternatives) warns of a widespread, global shortage of plant-based raw ingredients due to the boom in the sector.
