Its imaging procedures include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET and PET/CT), ultrasound, diagnostic radiology (X-ray), mammography and other related procedures. Its cancer care services include a full suite of radiation therapy and related offerings. Its services include radiology exams, radiology technology, radiology subspecialties, oncology conditions treated and oncology radiation therapy.

Last post from me.
From what i see AKU has mainly commercial business, not medicaid/medicure, but no idea of Alliance's make-up.
Okay, lots of debt, lots of receivables (even as AKU alone) and that current goodwill is out of the ballpark (not fully investigated that yet) even without acqn costs of Alliance being allocated. Stonepeak's (and lenders') loans for acqn cud have junk status cost but all debt is longdated for AKU to demonstrate the value of the business and Stonepeak would not have a $200MM minimum skin in the game if they didn't feel it was viable. Only post acqn will tell.
