I was an auditor in a former life, and the first time audits on small companies wanting to go public were by far the worst files I ever worked on. They just didn't keep good records, and this is why I'm speculating tha the audiots are just not getting the information they need to sign off on the numbers. Going forward, the process should be much more streamlined as they only need to audit the current year - All this first time audit pain will be a thing of the past, if they ever get through this one!
