Oroco likely applied for a less comprehensive permit in the NZ to begin with because it would be permitted quicker.
less drilling is also required in the NZ to confirm the historical resource. From my understanding they don't need to twin ever single hole. If new results match with the historical results, other historical holes nearby can be brought up to modern compliance standards
