GRBI thought this was interesting from the newsletter today given Jeff's recent comments about momentum continuing on for 20 years....

Jeff - a serious real estate investor with hundreds of acres of land holdings, multiple residential properties in the US, Canada, and Europe, a 995-unit soon-to-be approved subdivision in Southern California and 150 unit apartment project in early stages of development.
