Mark still not taking a salary Management fees decreased by $10,164 to $16,398 for the three months ended April 30, 2021 in comparison to $26,562 for the 2020 fiscal period, because the CEO of the Company has temporarily ceased taking a salary since March 2020 in order to conserve cash.
