Not sure where that comes from, but nothing in the financial statements supports anywhere near that number. Even the 650 million shares o/s is extremely high as many of the warrants, options and RSU's are priced significantly higher. So they wouldnt be an issue until share price gets much higher.

Like I said doing an acquisition where the purchase price is close to double the market price is fine by me. Especially given that the acquisition looks to be very accretive. I've seen many deals (with other co's) where they issue shares below the market price for assets that are barely accretive - those are bad deals. I think this Slang deal is a good one.

I do agree with you that I wouldnt mind more of these deals having a debt component. But others are not fond of taking on debt. So can never win. 

All-in-all I think this deal was done well. IMO.
