I would love to buy northern dynasty as they have been

I would love to buy northern dynasty as they have been completely ripped off.....but I cannot perceive a pathway for every getting their mining license......sure they can do a re-do, yet another mine plan, but they are in a real quandry.

Here is why:

1. There is no way the ACOE will grant the license.  Not a prayer.

2. So what should management do?  They are sitting on the largest metals endowment on earth, and a healthy chunk is critical rare earths............none of this matters.

3.  They have 2 choices: The first is to continue to fight it out.....And the problem with the ACOE and the appellate courts in general, is that they have the capacity to delay a decision for many many years....the ACOE appels grorup can and will kick it back to the engineer referree -- and this entire proceeding will take until february of next year...........And the problem is the engineer will once again deny it..........This is the overwhelming bet...which in turn, will cause another appeal, and the same dance is done all over again, putting us 2 years from reaching a decision, and this is the fast route...........It will take even longer, about 2.5 to 3 years, if manaagement appeals to the court system..............HERE IS THE ONLY REALISTIC ALTERNATIVE

4.  MANAGEMENT SHOULD TERMINATE THE APPEAL IMMEDITELY, AND OF COURSE, FIRE HALF THE CURRENT EMPLOYEES.....due to costs.

5.  If the appeal is voluntarily withdrawn, they can then approach the Administration, and give it the chance to get a major political win................go with hat in hand, give the project over the to LEFT,...propose more free stuff, and do a new mine plan..........of course it will be opposed by the crazies, but it is entirely possible, that the Adminstration will be desperate for a political win, and this copper green thing REWORKED, IS THE WAY TO GO IMHO.....give half of the project to them............GIVE IT TO THEM....THEY UNDERSTAND MONEY....
and then do a reworked plan and the ADminstration might go for it.......The plan can be completely nonsense, but that does not matter.   We are in the Outter Limits and The Twilight Zone as is...
