RE:RE:RE:Stans - a reverse merger?

RE:RE:RE:Stans - a reverse merger?I know a lot of people are hoping for a merger or some kind of positive news to come out but we need to be realistic about the outcome.

1) Stan has no cash....none....ziltch.
2) They have no licence on a deposit.
3) The technology that they have is in partnership with the russian government so one has to wonder if they can use it for themselves as the research facility that they worked with 10 years ago is funded by the russian state.
4) The one thing that they have is a former facility in Kyrg that has been idled for more than 10 years. The work to bring it back to life as of today would be substancial. Do I need to remind you that the facility is in a country which they fought for 10 years in courts.

So the only thing that they would have is a potential technology with a russian state laboratory and a facility that is not in operation in a country that keeps violating international law on property.....all....the...time. One as to wonder who would invest tens of millions based on that to partner with stan. I really can think of anyone.
