The first move that needs to be made

is removing Proctor as CEO immediately. There should be no vote, no discussion, the guy needs to go. He is so useless and has done nothing with this company. The problem starts at the top with him. The fact that the board refuses to acknowledge this as the #1 problem just infuriates me beyond belief!!
