Pure Gold’s Annual General Meeting will be held on June 30, 2021, at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) in a virtual format, which will be conducted via live webcast online at:

In their Management Info Circular, and their May 5th, 2021 Letter to Shareholders they state that the will be presenting PGM's financial statements for year ended Dec. 31st, 2020 as part of the AGM.

That's all fine and dandy, but was 6 months ago. For tomorrow, the status of commercialization will be on everyone's mind. PGM is on record saying that shareholder's will be able to ask questions during the AGM webcast.

Though commercialization is not specifically listed as an AGM agenda item you can bet there will be shareholder requests (demands) for updated information as to the mine's status regarding commercialization.

Let's see what level of performance management (and the employees) have been able to accomplish over the past three months of Q2, 2021.
