In the next decade it will be close to 100 degrees every single day, the projections are, not including the humidity which makes it seem like 115 degreesd, the Heat Index... HOW WOULD Y YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN 115 DEGREE TEMPERATURE, OR HAVE  YOUR CHILDREN HAVE TO SUFFER WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING?

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE.....Trust me, the president of the Congo will have his says and soon.
