RE:0.50 Euro/share offer in Germany. WOW!They can extend the offer to september 2036 and nothing will happen. 

For me it is NEVER a serious offer. If you want to buy a company by a hostile offer you have to place your offer at all stock markets and for all sharesholders. Not only for premium shareholders.

Do you really believe that there are dozens of shareholders in Germany who are holding at least 1.000.000 shares???

Of course they will never extend their offer to the US/Canada.
