Few years ago befor COVID When there were a lot less EVs on the roads (which they contribute no tax dollars to) Took a road trip down south. I was amazed at all the Tesla's pulling into a area of a mall to recharge .I thought I would watch a while. It was kind of like a western movie but in modern times. Instead of riding up to the salon and tying up the horse and headin in for a whisky, it was pull up to the charger plug in the ride and head to Starbucks..Then the impatient cowboys started arriving wanting to tie up the horse and get a whiskey, except there was no more spots to tie up the horse, and the horses that where tied up where just sitting there.Well one cowboy told the other cowboy to get his cowgirl get on his horse and ride off into the sunset, all in 95 degree heat .Then more horses started arriving and more arguing, patience run thin when your horse is needin water, got to get movin along little doggy. Well hell it's time to have a good old fashioned bar room brawl! I was waitin to see who would pull the first colt 45. Then I happened .Power outage.I drove off into the sunset and swore I would never buy a EV after that gong show.
