Observer, not a poster. But...

Observer, not a poster. But...Hi All

I have been a ‘reader’, not a poster but wanted to join the wave of disappointment and concern over these latest results. Like many of you, I was hoping for better performance. It seems that we did get a modest degree of the promised growth but these were offset by declines on other revenue sources. I do not profess to read the financials with more than a basic understanding but it seems like one of the biggest issues is salary/compensation of a bloated board. basically, the executives seem to be paid at a rate that can not be supported and is out of line with their performance. My question to those who are more familiar with shareholder actions - is there a way we can speak/act, as a group - to effect change on this? Or are simply in a boat with no oars - with choices of jumping into the waters without a life preserver or staying out and hoping the crew can bring us to shore?
