Welchspring threw overboard his principle re PGM, bad idea?

Welchspring said he likes to minimize risk, aka never lose (as harder to make up losses then make a gain).

Welchspring, you said that you would only buy after commercial production announcement. Instead you bough already.

It looks more and more likely that commercial production wont be announced tomorrow, as nothing was said re that in AGM.

This could be the next bankrupt mine, if they cant get it to commercial production.
