RE:While we wait for voting results......The rights offering was straight robbery no doubt. Their excuse for it was BS - "well you just have to subscibe to the RO and buy the shares, and you won't be diluted!" but they knew full well that few shareholders would subscribe, for a multitude of reasons. It was a layup for them.
In fact they made it pretty hard to subscribe, the process was relatively convoluted (as far as I remember) and the packages were mailed late so that people didn't have sufficient turnaround time to subscribe. Personally I received the package in the mail AFTER it was all over and couldn't even subscribe at all.
No doubt Robin made a huge mistake getting in bed with these GSFC jokers, but they're our jokers now. They're too broke to finance the project, that's fine by me, as long as they don't get in the way of our obtaining financing from other sources and getting it running. They better not be too broke to satisfy the off-take.
