RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Pellet Plant Actually Shyam left Westinghouse plasma which he Sold to Alter NRG to start Aquasource . After Shyam left Alter NRG, Westinghouse Plasma was not as sucdessful.
Alter NRG Corp., Calgary, Alberta, has announced Westinghouse Plasma Technology, wholly owned by Alter NRG, has been selected by Hong Kong-based China Everbright International Ltd. for a proposed project in Nanjing, China. Everbright is a leading international company in alternative energy projects including waste-to-energy with assets of approximately $6 billion. Pyro Plasma torches are more or less the same as all other torches. Made of metal and water cooled. These are good for waste related business but not really that good for a continuous process that needs to keep running 24/7.
Plasma Torches need to be shut down for maintence after so many hours.
Plasma Torches should be made out of ceramic to get rid of the cooling.

In the 1980’s WPC’s technology was initially developed in collaboration with NASA to simulate space vehicle re-entry conditions. Today, Westinghouse Plasma Corporation, a subsidiary of Harvest International New Energy Co., uses plasma torch technology for a variety of applications, including the gasification of municipal and hazardous waste.
