RE:Class action lawsuit

I have always been skeptical if the whole class action when a company underperforms because really - what’s the basis for a class action - the executive are crappy business people and they sank the company? That’s the risk you take as an investor so unless there is evidence that shareholders were actually deceived or there was true ‘wrongdoing’, my thoughts are that this would be counterproductive and only bring more negative publicity. 

Any interest in a concerted letter writing campaign (to whom, I dont’ know) or circulation of a petition that we send to ? (Linton, Matthews) calling for Proctor’s resignation and/or salary reduction to be in line with his pathetic performance. 

i have already contact Tracy King today to let her know how I feel. I know that when we received that desperate newsletter a few months back asking shareholders to find them business some of the folks on this board were motivated to voice their concerns. We were all placated and told things would be turning around.  Well I’m seeing a dog chasing it’s tail!
