If I am not mistaken, in order to seek financing for the Wynyard project, an up to date Technical Report is required, and the cost of that TR would substantially reduce the remaining treasury, as if I recall, the last update in 2015 was fairly expensive.
Costs of materials, natural gas, etc, etc, have all gone up and I can only assume that would be reflected in the updated CAPEX / OPEX calculations
The other piece of the puzzle is the further testing required following the initial Optimization Program completion. Until confirmation of the process is proven commercially at the target depths in Saskatchewan, there are no guarantees.
