There is absolutely no danger here EVEN IF SOME OF THE MILD SULFURIC ACID SOLUTION ESCAPED (WHICH IT WON'T). The net result would be to IMPROVE the quality of the soil and lower the Pn of our highly alkaline drinking water.
Farmers are adding more to the soil in Arizona every day than this mine would do so in its lifetime.

Yes JC, we have thought about it and that's one of the many reasons we're not ultimately worried about the permit. However, as you rightfully mentioned, Taseko management absolutely must stay ahead of this PR dilemma. Further, many of the points you make are part of our position that Taseko would prevail in any potential Court proceedings. Obviously nobody wants to go that route due to legal fees and wasting valuable time along the way. If management doesn't release a statement soon, they simply are falling asleep at the wheel to the detriment of us all.
