RE:Couche-Tard thirsts for acquisitionsyes ..so lets see if they will become majority owner before June 30 , 2023 ..i think it could happen if something is done on the US legalisation...i dont think it will be full legalisation but the Banking Act + somthing could be enough for the up lising on all US MSO and then i think when that happen ACT will move on to become the majority shareholder ... Schumer is suppose to present his bill this month ! lets see ...
