RE:RE:RE:Encore des cachettes Hey Club.
I'm total agreement with you on keeping certain information as private for competitive reasons.
I didn't quite understand from the translation of Naissance's post that he referring to the Buyers identity.
What I was referring to on the post bellow was the old way of doing business by PB with for "Example" the deal of the Airbus CSeries sale and the JV details. There are many other transactions they did with no information and/or half information, I was referring to to the past when I saw Naissance's post.
Can you tell me what the heck the Pimps of Bay Street were doing these last couple of days with the shareprice shakedown? Were they just trying to cover for at a lower price? Obviously we the share was attacked.

I don't know what the issue is as the company IMO should withhold some info for competitive reasons.
All that matters to shareholders is the bottom line the balance sheet and share price at time of sale of their shares if they consider themselves investors.
The pimps on bay street are not investors they are traders as I mentioned many times and I chose to follow them rarther than the so called investors and as mentioned, I don't wait any more for any length of time. They have no qualms on how they get there as they barely do it legally as the rules are stacked in their favor and emphasis as they are set up is on trading ..not investing especially here in this backward nation when it comes to the financial markets that are overseen by turfy jurisdictions and self interest groups. Complaining as some do like the mental midgets such as Johnney on this board does nothing other than irritate most as he even seeks sympathy for his complete ignorance ...what a dumb fukk.

More hiding places
"Sale what price? Sale who? What type of devices? Only the management of Bombardier is entitled to this information ... Weird ... the AMF should intervene because the company also belongs to the shareholders, moreover, investors have the RIGHT to know exactly what they are investing in and if the price paid is fair, reasonable and without tricks!"
My Reply.
I agree totally with the second part of the post. This company treats it's shareholders like second class citizens. We are entitled to know what's going to a great extent. I understand that Bombardier may want to hide certain things from their competitors, so as to keep ahead and not give secrets out. But as shareholders we need to know what is going on with the company affecting our investment. They are very bad with this informational highway. It's probably the fault of PB wanting to keep investors in the dark, from all the mistakes he makes with this company which he almost Bankrupt. All this secrecy comes from the control that the dual share structure gives them. What the AMF should do is investigate the company and force PB to resign from the company. I don't know if the AMF has the power to do this? Or they're just the same as IRROC toothless.
But I for one would welcome some honesty from this company.
