RE:Question for geologists or for oil experts That may be a bit of a loaded question. The log and core analysis will be used to develop reservoir models, and from there resource values can be inferred or estimated (total oil in place, recoverable oil, etc.) and those are the numbers everyone cares about. They aren't going to likely release any specific values used in determining the reservoir calculations because they won't mean anything to anyone, those measurements from logs or cores need to be analyzed in the context of all the information.
The excerpt you posted above highlights that Jarvie used conservative numbers, but it is impossible for the public, even experts to draw any meaningful conclusions from RECO releasing resistivity log or neutron density values to the public. It's the output of the analysis that we all, and those investors on the sideline, care about. Any results released will be analyzed and distilled down to terms and values investors can comprehend and understand (like bbls of oil in place).
