firstly, you can't vote Tripp out. He can only be hired/fired by the Board of Directors. Secondly, a sudden departure without a replacement strategy would shake confidence and crush the sp further. There needs to an effective transition and exit strategy that builds support in the market. No one benefits from a palace coup.
