I assume it has been his pet project behind the scenes last year.  It goes public for all to see at the start of this year.  Does he think Erin shareholders will take it in stride?  Not likely. Did he expect our SP to explode around then?  I'm assuming so. Maybe then shareholders would take it in stride. He's been a gambler with Erin, and he took a big gamble on this thing. 
I do think it's a sign of what's to come though. If he thought he was going to be sitting in the big chair at Erin for another decade or two, would you take this on?  This is a second phase in your life kind of venture. Only a mad man would think that running two shows was goi got fly.
after regulators approval, and maybe a few pump ups, some kind of deal is coming. That that's a real big, IN MY OPINION.  If not, what happens in the next 6 months?  Tim just keeps managing both companies??  Or maybe he just doesn't have a clue and is going to be kicked to the curb. Silly boy.
