In one of the lastest interviews, Tim definitely said he  was an explorer. Once the resource is delineated and firmed up selling would be the next step ,I would think . 

He also seems to be quite passionate about his work so logically he would be looking to explore and delineate new resource areas .in the future. He understands Newfoundland's geological past and also lives nearby . The  addition of these extra areas like Fleur de Lys  and the Benton JV makes sense in that context .These areas ,I suspect , have great potential as well so there needs to be some yearly work completed to keep pace with the perceived timelines

However, there is a certain urgency to move Moosehead along ASAP to try and keep pace with NFG ,best you can and take your share of the investment pie .
