Freight Rates

So while we're still a distance away from production, one should understand what's going on with ALL oceanic freight rates. Container charges have quintupled!! Nothing is shipped to either the West or East coast, USA, is cheap. So while in the past, salt was selling for $50 ton, imported, you can take it to the bank that those charges will now reflect the new freight rates adding easily an additional $10 per ton. Maybe more!!! All the more reason to get this thing going as this freight premium might be around for a while.
