Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Project was to be financed as he did with Velikoye. Were ICBC or another 'superbank' standing behind the project, you know Davey would be beating that drum loud and clear.

It's very possible this is another Vung Ro and as with most, if not all Genoil projects-financing is the elephant in the room-again. Only star stalker and Daveygapp are holding their breath.
