Time for independent valuation of IPL

I believe it is the time now that IPL shareholders need to step in and hire independent valuation without current management or board interference!

this valuation should cover the following:

1- current offers to acquire IPL, seek any new buyers.

2- detailed valuation of status quo, in other words what if the shareholders decide to keep the company, how profitable the company will be in the next five years.

this independent report should provide us as shareholders detailed valuation for each option so we can make our decision go or no go!

At this time management and board need to take the back seat as their credibility is under the question.
