1- to clarify, you did post "unfiltered honesty", i did not post "unfiltered". be that as it may, the truth shall set you free but first it will pi$$ you off. honesty with our reserves, i believe is still the best policy.
2- concept that one can work on more projects at any time of their working hours. if this was a private company, i would agree but this is a public company. HUGE DIFFERENCE. if management has that much free time, why aren't they making more calls, more interviews, etc.? they could be doing the mopping, answering the phones, doing the basic books. why pay others to do it when our management has free time? this is a public firm. are we getting a cut in their salary when they go about these other excursions. no! we are paying for it and getting nothing in return. as a stockholder, does this make sense to you? not to me, it doesn't. management, clean the floors, fix the door, make the coffee, answer the phone, order the stationary, clean the toilet, or else, take a pay cut if you got that much free time.
but then again, what do i know about high finance? something doesn't add up here.
