Who is going to invest in this with the track record it has based on some small potatoes Real Estate development? I didn't buy into this to provide housing in California. 100% DISSAPPOINTMENT. Sage is what..a 10 year build out? Financing, capex and follow the bouncing ball for another decade to realize what...1$ per share profit???? LMFAO depressing.
