RE:RE:In at 2.75
All fair points, I appreciate your input. Its hard to tell if I should have waited a bit longer. I have time to wait so I am not too worried about being early as I know there will eventually be a pay off. I think the fact that its bleeding month to month makes it more attractive than when everyone is jumping on. I like to get stocks that sell off more than they should due to sector rotation. When you are referring to the cash being bigger in January, do you mean the EPS? I mean the actual cash on hand, they have 61.6 cents per share in cash right now as of the last quarter (higher now I imagine) so that's a pretty signficant cushion. It looks like it was smaller back then as the company has not made any significant purchases. I am willing to wager that the price is too low, even with sentiment going away they are still going to be decently profitable. The stock sitting in a warehouse and recalls are bad, but not this bad to justify the price being this low. Once things are more clear in terms of their profitability post-covid (which will of course be significantly less), I expect the price of the shares to go up just due to the uncertainity being out of the way. Time will tell if I should have waited a couple months before buying in!
