RE:Why did hpq not receive a forgivable loanHow many more warrants and Options are currently out there that have not been exercised.  I am concerned that they will need to do a reverse split down the road.  I do not like the possibility of my 60K shares turning in to 30...or even 15K .  Reverese splits never work out IMO.  What are peoples thoughts on this topic ??

forgivable loan, also called a soft second, is a form of loan in which its entirety, or a portion of it, can be forgiven or deferred for a period of time by the lender ...

Other question does iq pay capital gains tax like all of us 
or do they stash it in a tfsa like all of us :)? 


on 1 bn thats at least 400 M taxes .if spend on social housing for the common good that would be great .journal de montreal said they didnt pay a dividend to the government but they should pay taxes like the rest of us .
