What possible conclusions can be drawn? It would fun to know:
- Have the the non repsondents seen the post?
- If so, are they so suspicious of the veracity of the offer that they decide there is a risk of loss of face (to an alias) in responding that is greater than the potential reward?
- Do they have something to lose by responding and what is that?
- Do they have almost zero confidence that the minimal target will be met?
- Are some or all wealthy enough that the reward is, at best, marginal?
- Are they agoraphobic and thus would never be able to take advantage of the offering?
- Are they just happy that others may receive the reward?
Quite likely there are other questions for which the answers would also be interesting.
Curious if anyone can think of other downsides to responding?
