The General Public owns approx 92%  of all outstanding shares. The board will require shareholders' approval to take ICO private. If the price is right, why not!

Don't bet on that!  We had it happened to us a few years back with RAR (raymor), in the nanotech business, they were getting to the point where it was going to be in mass demand.  A multi-millionaire was able to steal this public company from us. And in court it was obvious that the judge was bought, we lost everything right then and there.
