Ya it is. They also timed this badly to have the free trading shares come out in the summer when potstocks usually are lower. Potstocks are a fall winter trade. 

but this is pretty embarrassing for Danny, Spencer, Glenn Anderson and Canaccord. Canaccord might pump it to get everyone out who Knows
