What are the risks?

What are the risks?I'm wondering how to determine the risks here. Basically I think overall it's the time risk, the opportunity cost of staying in a stock that languishes for months, perhaps years. I don't doubt that Montalva and Sage are real projects which I think will receive approval. The question is when? Perhaps this month we start getting good news in the approval process and the price explodes. Perhaps further regulatory requirements are added that delays the process and we end up waiting again. Alberta is kind of an unknown because we have so little info on it, but I find this project as the icing and not necessary for the stock price to skyrocket.  Been here for a year and things were supposed to get rolling last August. I still believe in the company, but I feel like things may take longer (regulatory approvals, build outs) than expected (hope not, but it's a possibility).
