Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

If so then that's fine with me. It would mean cash flow and careful planing and expansion by drill bit for a year or so before any open pit financing or JV is announced. Thoughts?

they are suing under Fast 41.. arco is a F41 project.. lets see who sho's up in court later this month... if BLM and Nevada come in -w- an amicus 'opposed - thats the end of it !

good bet NCI is sitting bak on their OP until this issues clears the court sistem...

from the day this case was fioled over LAC(this is on the F41 - no case law here) - until there is a ruling.. we are looking @ a six month delay and the first of the year before BLM can execute the ARC Land Swap...

in simpleeasy.. this means the earliest NCI can issue anything on the OP is probably early June of 2022.. this assu-sue-me's the harry haters will appeal to the 9th in san fran - who will probably toss it / lack of US Attorney's..

a wild strech is the 9th sends it bak to reno ! --> now assuming the state of nevada did not join in the first round.. U can Bet they will get pulled in w a fresh pot of coffee and the Nevada Federation of Tribes will pile on w freshly sharpened tomahawks... envada gold will B hosting golfing rounds @ pebble beach...

BLM, NevSt, Nev Fed Tribes and Nev Gold, will not let this go on into enternity and will fill up a bus of fully liquered beagles - driping them on the doorsteps of the fed reno court...
