Reason I ask is he seems to have had lots of experience and success doing geological / exploration work, but when you're CEO, you have a lot more responsibility and decision-making to do outside of geological / exploration work.

SIC has been very busy over the past number of months optioning off properties they seem to no longer wish to drill themselves, acquiring other land packages (eg. Fleur de Lys), entering into joint ventures with BEX, etc., and they now find themselves with a number of claims packages they either control outright or share scattered about from Northwestern Newfoundland to South-Central Newfoundland, with Moosehead sitting in the middle.

Perhaps a better route to go for SIC would have been to put its sole focus into Moosehead (if SIC truly believes this will be a very lucrative property) and have Fleur de Lys as a second project they may potentially tackle down the road, with both under SIC's full control.

Instead, they seem to have interest in exploring five gold properties (three of which are joint ventures with BEX), and all of which will need drills and crews at some point, making things far more complex than the plan outlined in the previous paragraph, especially if your end goal is to sell SIC rather than mine the properties themselves......

The only reason I can think of as to why SIC would make things so complex given the time and money it takes to simply do a thorough job doing exploration drilling in a zone is they may not be as confident in Moosehead as one may assume and want to hedge their bets by involving themselves in other projects.....?

Just quoting myself here......
