I personally believe David Lifschultz is not a fraud.

I also believe the press release is real and all we need is a 15c-211 approved to get trading again.

David believes the 15c-211 is filed and I think the person telling him that is lying to him.

That is why I asked him to ask for a copy of the 15c-211.
