LosAzules would never get off the ground without a coffin full of money while it was costing us yearly to keep the non producing asset...that cost had to be added to the cost of gold produced and it looked real bad for MUX...maybe now it will be more inline with the industry while we still have a small piece of the copper pie without anymore future costs...the question is do we get our previous money spent on copper back?

If McEwen Mining has to pay the smelter fee to previous owner (witch I think is 1.5%) then it means we don't get anything from smelter income and that is the hidden reason why McEwen Mining is charging it to the spinoff
as to your point nr 5...the big investors are always in on the deals....they will always get their share through private offerings, warrants and options...
I want to stay positive but I think we are getting Fu..ed again
