MRS was a blank check company with benefits to Unifire.
MRS was a blank check company with benefits to Unifire.MRS did not become bigger and better merging with Unifire. Unifire did. Before the merger, Unifire was a private company with a 2 million line of credit. This meant they could only bid on contracts of 2-4 million. The merger with MRS got Unifire on the public market, with a 100+ million line of credit. Meaning they can now bid on contracts 400-800 milllion. Which was Unifires plan along, as Skip Church from Unifire is now in charge MRS/Protect the Force's manufacturing plant that produces body armor. And Buck Marshal, president of UNifire is now CEO of MRS.
Unifire has been doing business with the US government for over 20 years, with a stellar reputation. Unifire is now the only public company bidding on these large contracts...which means money is easily raised for the Mother of all Contracts, the100 million LOC could not cover.....where private companies divide their earnings between themselves and the money leaves the company.
The Soldier Protection System contract is for 1 Billion dollars. Who and there dog is not smart enough to figure out where a large part of this contract is going, has surely wasted their time reading this.
