Lakewood Exploration - June News Flow $LWD has definitely been one of my top performers over the past couple of months, and for a good reason. News flow from the last week of June was pretty solid.
- Appointment of Philip Mulholland as chief geologist
- Sampled up to 1669g/t of silver and 9.77g/t of gold from Old Stopes at the Silver Strand Mine
- Appointment of Morgan Lekstrom as president
Silver is still holding above $26, and gold hit $1800+ earlier today as reports say that bullion purchasing (mainly gold and silver) has been picking up steam again (mainly from the central banks). With inflation and money printing off the charts, I expect gold and silver to keep moving upwards over the course of this year.

$LWD is a relatively small exploration company with a mcap of only $6.9M at $0.62 per share. They’ve got an amazing team and a great location to be mining at. I found this video which goes over their project. I’m very much looking forward to the future of Lakewood!!
