Its segments include Lumber, North America engineered wood products (NA EWP), Pulp & Paper and Europe EWP. Its business comprises lumber mills, OSB facilities, renewable energy facilities, pulp and paper mills, plywood facilities, MDF facilities, particleboard facilities, LVL facility, treated wood facility, and veneer facility. The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

118,425,654 to in between 108,221,572(At $98) to 106,660,948(At $85).

Dec.31st there was 123,163,635 shares outstanding and on March 31st 2021
there was 121,681,807 share outstanding.
